Patong harbor View has hired G-Plan construction management co. to manage the Construction management starting from cost estimate to the project close-out and handover. Proper standards are of paramount importance when the project involves a Low-rise and in an environment such as Phuket area where the temperatures are high and humid. G-plan firms has licensed professional Engineers, Civil Engineers and Architects on site to make sure our project is built to the highest standards.

We have started the bidding process for the earthwork and pilling work. The land needs to be cut down a little and added to in a few places. Here is a photo of where the land is high.

On the north west side of the land we are low. We will be adding over here. We also need to remove the trees and rocks, etc.

I scanned the the detail of the Scope of work for the Earthwork. They are poor scans but, here are all the details. Expect to see the earthwork photos in 2 -3 weeks from today.
