We are hitting Building A right now pretty hard to
get all the carpenters to move into B next week and finish all the stiffener
work on the windows. Our new foreman is proving his value as we can see a
major difference in the speed now. We found 2 extra rendering crews so next
week we will start to render building B's inside and outside about 1 month
ahead of schedule. We had to order an additional 40 set of scaffolding and
should be here by Thursday from Bangkok. Next week we should be starting to
brick in Building C's second floor while we wait to clear the 3rd floor. Our
main contractor has given us their schedule and they be finished by March 10
and moved off the site. When we finish the outside rendering we can start
the pool so we are pretty happy we were able to find some additional
rendering crews for the outside of the buildings. Right now all but 3 units
inside of building A are rendered and halls and stairwells. We hope to have
that all done in the next 2-3 weeks.
