RESERVATION FORM CONDOMINIUMS

I / we confirm our intention to purchase the property as listed on this Reservation Form subject to the terms and conditions contained below:

1. On signing of this Reservation form, I / we agree to pay a deposit of THB 100,000, -( Thai Baht only ) ( the “Deposit” ) net of any bank charges and exchange costs, into the Client account nominated on part two of this form.

2.  I / we agree that we have 14 days in which to review and sign the Sale and      Purchase agreement (the “Agreement”).

3. On or before my/our execution of the Agreement I / we agree to make a further payment to the balance of 25% ( twenty-five percent ) of the purchase price net of any bank charges and exchange costs into the Client account nominated on part two of this form.

4. At any time prior to the expiry of 14 days of my/our execution of Agreement I / we choose to do so, the Deposit held in the Client account will be not be refunded.

5. I / we agree to make the progress payments as stated in the payment schedule.

6. The seller agrees that I / we may transfer my / our rights to the property reserved herein to any other party without penalty or additional payments. Such transfer is however subject to my / our notification in writing to the seller no later then 60 (sixty) days prior to settlement and transfer of title.

* THIS RESERVATION FORM WILL LAPSE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DATE OF EXECUTION OF THIS RESERVATION FORM IF THE PAYMENT IN CLAUSE 1 ABOVE OF 100,000 THB, IS NOT RECEIVED INTO THE NOMINATED ACCOUNT.
